Optional communications require explicit opt-in. Campaign dispatch remains disabled.
Manage an email-only subscription
Sign in if you have a login account. Email-only subscribers can request a secure management link without a password. Responses do not reveal whether an address is registered.
News is available to every account category. Tracker alerts require a live tracker and an eligible role or active customer entitlement. An opt-in is never implied by account creation or an invitation.
Delete my account
Deletion removes your name, email address, password (if present), subscriber profile, preferences and personal access assignments. Optional communications stop; sessions, reset, verification and management links are invalidated. Other users and organisation records are not deleted.
Deleting your website account is separate from cancelling a paid contract. Contact Africa Analysis to handle any active contract through the commercial process; this action does not cancel billing.
We retain a minimal, pseudonymous consent and suppression receipt and necessary operational audit records. The Privacy Notice explains that residual information may remain in backups or archival copies. Its retention duration is not specified; no complete-erasure claim is made. A normal preference-management link cannot delete your account. You must obtain a fresh single-use email confirmation, valid for 10 minutes, and explicitly confirm deletion. The last active Administrator is protected.
