Deleted from the website

Your registration name, email and password; subscriber profile, preferences and personal website entitlements; sessions, reset, confirmation and management links; personal optional-message queue rows, service-message recipient metadata. Detailed profile/preference audit payloads are removed and replaced by a minimal deletion receipt.

Retained separately

Minimal pseudonymous consent records (topic, opt-in state, consent version and timestamp); a keyed suppression reference to prevent unwanted communication; necessary operational audit metadata (action, timestamp and opaque identifiers). Pseudonymous information is not claimed to be anonymous. Shared organisation, business and other users’ records are unaffected.

Contracts and backups

Deleting website access does not cancel a paid contract or erase contractual records maintained through the commercial process. This website stores access entitlements and has no integrated recurring-billing cancellation workflow. The existing Privacy Notice states residual information may remain in backup or archival copies. Existing backups are not destroyed by this operation.

Retention duration requires review

The existing Privacy Notice does not specify durations for consent, suppression, audit or backup retention. This page describes the implemented data handling; it does not invent a legal retention period.
