We actively invest in uplifting communities.

This is our flagship social investment programme for the year. We focus on investing in our future through investing in our youth. Each year, we run a single investment programme that seeks to uplift the youth.
We cannot foresee all needs. Therefore, we offer six once-off sponsorships in a year.
Our 2022 Learnership programme is open, and we invite applicants to submit applications to Ofenste Dazela (ofentse@africaanalysis.co.za).
Since 2019, we have appointed three learners to our Africa Analysis Learnership Programme. These learners completed their training and were appointed as full-time employees of the company.

In 2019, we partnered with Diadem South Africa to run a three-day tennis clinic at Irene Country Club for the under-serviced communities. We sponsored tennis rackets for 20 youth.
Tennis is a life-long sport that we can enjoy from an early age through to our mature years. This sport brings together people from different communities. While we meet as tennis competitors, we leave as firm friends.
The challenge in sponsorship is that we do not always know who needs assistance. We recognise that different needs arise over a year. Therefore, we would consider a once-off sponsorship up to a maximum of Ten Thousand Rand per sponsorship per year. This sponsorship is awarded once every two months. Thus, there are up to six sponsorship awards per year.
